An Introduction

My name is Joanie. I am a healer and a channel and I would like to share my Greatest Gift with you.

My background is that of a conventionally trained social worker. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Columbia University and received a postgraduate certificate in Gestalt therapy. In New York City, I provided individual and group therapy for ten years. I stopped working when I married and had a son. My path took a detour when I became acutely chemically sensitive. I left conventional medicine, found alternative medicine, and began a spiritual journey. As I healed, I read. Any personal issues I had not addressed during my therapy training I addressed spiritually. I extended my knowledge past my training, incorporating much regarding the abstract, unobservable, and unreportable. I worked with a shaman of South American tradition, taught myself Gary Craig's EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), and had hands on healing knowledge imparted to me (verbally) by a close healer friend. As I opened myself up, I became gifted with channeling and healing abilities. I learned I was a healer in past lifetimes. I received these gifts in 2008. I now hold monthly Healing Circles in my home in New Jersey, USA.

My extensive spiritual library is replete with information I have incorporated in my work. My "teachers" include: Esther Abraham-Hicks, Ted Andrews, Luke Chan, Deepak Chopra, Rabbi David A. Cooper, Wayne Dyer, Donna Eden, David Feinstein, Shakti Gawain, David Hawkins, Lao Tzu, Louise Hay, Stephen Lewis, Carlolyn Myss, Sanaya Roman and Duane Packer, Don Miguel Ruiz, Robert Schwartz, Eckhart Tolle, and Doreen Virtue. Christina Lynn Whited, healer and channel, is my teacher, mentor and friend.

From a very early age, I began searching for the Truth. I found Zingdad's website via a recommendation from Robert Schwartz (author of YOUR SOUL'S PLAN). My connection with Zingdad's channeled information was immediate and strong. I felt I had found the Truth. After reading The Ascension Papers, I contacted Zingdad. We arranged a Skype distance healing session for him to experience my Greatest Gift. It was powerful and moving and Zingdad offered to provide me with an avenue to share my Gift with you here on his website. And so here I am!

What You Can Expect In a Session

I am able to offer you distance healing based on the principle of Intention: If one believes something to be so, one can create it! Creating the reality that you are "virtually" in my presence will enable me to connect with you energetically. If I have not met you before in the physical, I will require either a photo or Skype video interaction to facilitate this connection (if you wish to mail me a photograph of yourself, please contact me when you receive your payment voucher). I recommend reading THE POWER OF INTENTION by Wayne Dyer and HANDS OF LIGHT by Barbara Ann Brennan if you would like to conceptualize how I am able to distance heal.

I work in the Light and all who work with me are surrounded by Love and Light. We are Divinely protected. I call upon G-d, Archangels, Ascended Masters, and any angels who wish to assist in one's healing. My Spirit-Guide is with me throughout each session gently guiding my heart and my hand to bring healing to the places most in need of it. I humbly share I am a Divine instrument, a vessel, and I channel Love for others as they journey Home.

I will begin the session by determining how grounded you are to Mother Earth (Gaia) with the use of a pendulum. I will also ascertain whether your energy is flowing strongly through your seven chakras, or energy centers. If you are not grounded or your energy is blocked then I will be guided to assist you to find the source of the blockage and release it with an affirmation. Optimal energy flow is beneficial to your well-being and also enables me to receive information more fluidly. You need not share your health issues or concerns up front; it is usually preferable to see what is revealed first. Concerns not covered may be addressed later as time permits. My claircognizance, clairsentience, clairvoyance, and clairaudience give me insight into what I find as my hands go into your energy field. During the session, I will ask you to be aware of, and report, whatever you experience (i.e. taste, see, hear, know, etc.). All sensations that you experience offer information for us both in the healing process.

As healing Love/Light comes out of my palms, I will also be able to identify past life and present emotional and physical traumas. (We all have minor chakras in the palms of our hands that afford us the ability to heal ourselves and others!) Traumas may be concrete or metaphorical in nature. I can assist you to connect these traumas with your present day struggles. Once these issues are identified, they may be released into the Light with your Higher Self’s permission. If a person has had more than one wound/illness/trauma to a site, more healings may be necessary (envision "peeling the onion"). If it is congruent with your healing, I may channel your Higher Self, communicate with departed loved ones (humans and pets), identify your Divine Life Purpose, receive information from your Spirit Guides, and much more. All is contingent upon what your Higher Self wishes to reveal, work through and release. Therefore, each healing session is different as each individual is different. During a healing, I might understand that you need to ask your Higher Self to release an object, trauma, feeling, concept or script. A session concludes with my putting out my hands towards you and shining Divine Light as a final blessing/healing.

Clients have reported feeling many sensations during a session -- from tingling to energy movement and release to pain reduction. Grief can be released, connections made can be liberating, visions seen and voices heard can be calming and uplifting.

Why do we need healing?

One moves through each life with "unresolved baggage." By addressing or removing issues that no longer serve one's Higher Self, an individual can lighten their load and move towards the Light with greater ease. A more balanced energy system offers one improved health and clarity in life. One's journey Home need not be burdensome.

I do not promise to cure you. Only you can take responsibility for your own physical and emotional health and wellbeing. What I offer is to assist with the facilitation of your own healing.

I have facilitated distance healings on newborns through adults, as well as cats and dogs and can also offer healings in Spanish. If you are unable to sign up for Skype, I can distance heal by phone where we are on speakerphone together. In this case, I would need a photo sent via email or Facebook.
