Guided Journey #2: Your Sacred Temple
One of the most profound spiritual experiences I have had came as a result of a hypnosis session in which I was taken to my own personal Sacred Temple. As a result of returning there a few times in deep meditation I have come to understand a few things about the Sacred Temple: 1. We each have one.

My temple was a huge structure made of what looked like rough-hewn granite. It felt ancient but very strong. Like a fortress. Inside was all beautiful and light tho as there were many high windows with colored glass. It was cool and peaceful.
When you took me down to meet my soul family at first I couldn't see them. But then I saw my spirit guide. This was wonderful for me. She was like an angel. Radiant and beautiful with white hair and pale eyes.
What she told me is that I am doing well and must continue the journey I am on and not to worry about the "small stuff". She reminded me that my emotions are my tools of creation and that I can and must learn to use them rather than continue to let them "use me". If you understand. This is really exactly what I needed to hear now and is very helpful.
This was a great experience. Much better than this description because I felt like this all really happened. So thank you!
